Returns

There are no refunds or returns unless the item is defective. In that event, please contact us via info@notangrystudios.com.

You can return your product via 14 days, we don't hand out return labels. If you want to return your product or change size, please contact info@notangrystudios.com.

IMPORTANT: DON'T REMOVE ANY TAGS, OTHERWISE WE TAKE AN INDIVIDUAL CHARGE FOR THIS! (BACK POCKET TAGS, HANG-TAGS)
IF YOU RECEIVED A BF CHAIN AND YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR COMPLETE ORDER, YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THE CHAIN.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
